FAQ – Camping Le Kervastard
1. Where is Camping Le Kervastard located in Brittany?
Welcome to Fouesnant, in the heart of Southern Finistère, where Camping Le Kervastard welcomes you at Beg-Meil, just 500 metres from the harbour and the beach. Our campsite in Southern Brittany enjoys a privileged location between Bénodet and Concarneau, ideal for exploring the Finistère peninsula. Right outside the campsite, the GR34 coastal path invites you for a walk along the shore. A perfect base to enjoy Finistère with the ocean just steps away.
2. What accommodation is available at your campsite in Fouesnant?
We’ve thought of every configuration. Our campsite in Fouesnant offers 2 or 3-bedroom mobile homes for 4 to 6 people, standard or comfort lodge tents for those who want to be close to nature, as well as two original options: the Coco Duo (1 bedroom, 2 people), ideal for couples, and the Coco Quatro (2 bedrooms, 4 people), perfect for families.
3. Is there a pool and facilities for families?
It’s one of the campsite’s highlights: we have a covered, heated pool, plus a dedicated paddling pool for the youngest guests, so you can swim whatever the Breton weather brings. There’s also a children’s play area. Our campsite in Beg-Meil remains on a human scale, a deliberate choice for those looking for a quiet stay away from large complexes.
4. What can you visit around Camping Le Kervastard?
Southern Finistère has plenty to see, and our campsite in Fouesnant puts you in pole position. You can sail to the Glénan Archipelago and its turquoise waters, follow a section of the GR34 coastal path, visit the harbour of Bénodet and the walled town of Concarneau, or venture to Pont-Aven in Gauguin’s footsteps. Surfers will head to Pointe de la Torche, and heritage enthusiasts will enjoy Château de Trévarez. Enough to fill an entire stay in Southern Brittany.
5. When is the campsite open and how do I book?
The campsite opens from 3 April to 2 November 2026, giving you a great season to enjoy Finistère with family, as a couple or with friends. To book your mobile home, lodge tent, Coco Duo or Coco Quatro, you have two options: online reservation on our website, or a call to our team in Beg-Meil at 02 98 94 91 52, who will be happy to help plan your stay. Good to know: our best accommodation goes quickly in high season — don’t wait too long to book.
